Introduction & Scope
These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern participation in all coaching programs, including, but not limited to, retreats, intensives, immersives, and experiences (collectively, the “Services”) offered by Alpha Male Principle LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
Services may be delivered in-person, online, through WhatsApp, or by any other means of communication as determined appropriate by the Company.
By enrolling in any coaching container, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by this Agreement. Certain programs, including The Profit Rebellion, The Alpha Chamber, The Titan Experience, and Hedonic CEO, may have additional guarantees or specific conditions, which are incorporated into this Agreement.
Enrollment & Eligibility
Services are intended for individuals age 18 and over.
Enrollment is subject to application, acceptance, and payment.
By enrolling, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into this Agreement.
Payment & Billing
Payment in full is required prior to the commencement of Services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All payments are final. Non-payment will result in denial of access to Services.
Refunds & Guarantees
Refunds: All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any coaching container.
Guarantee Containers: The following programs include a unique guarantee: The Profit Rebellion, The Alpha Chamber, The Titan Experience, Hedonic CEO.
Coaching is an initial process and requires continued independent effort by the Client. If, after ninety (90) days of active participation, the Client does not recognize a notable improvement in clarity, energy, or overall quality of life, Sherita Bagby will personally travel within the continental United States to meet the Client for a one-on-one weekend of continued coaching (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday). This guarantee is an extension of service, not a financial refund, and is contingent on the Client’s full engagement and participation in the original program.
Client Responsibilities
Coaching is a collaborative process requiring active participation, commitment, and follow-through.
Results are influenced by the Client’s willingness to implement guidance and strategies.
Coaching is a tool to enhance personal and professional life; the Company is not responsible for how third parties may respond to the Client’s personal changes.
It is the sole responsibility of the Client to decide how, when, and whether to communicate life changes to others who may be affected.
Confidentiality & Privacy
All information shared in coaching sessions is treated as strictly confidential.
Sherita Bagby and Alpha Male Principle LLC will not disclose a Client’s name, story, or participation without the Client’s express written consent, unless compelled to do so under oath in a court of law.
Privacy and discretion are core to the luxury coaching experience. Confidentiality is not optional; it is standard.
Intellectual Property
All materials, including but not limited to coaching frameworks, session recordings, playbooks, workbooks, and both public and private podcasts, are the intellectual property of Alpha Male Principle LLC.
Clients are granted a limited, personal license to use materials for their own development.
Reproduction, distribution, or redistribution without express written consent is strictly prohibited.
Scheduling & Rescheduling
Sessions must be scheduled within the time frame designated for the specific container.
Missed sessions are forfeited unless rescheduled with at least forty-eight (48) hours’ advance notice, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
In the rare event that Sherita Bagby must cancel a session due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond her control, she will make every good faith effort to promptly reschedule the session at a mutually convenient time.
Code of Conduct
Clients agree to engage in the coaching process in a respectful and constructive manner. Specifically, Clients agree to:
Arrive on time and prepared for scheduled sessions.
Communicate openly and honestly about goals, challenges, and progress.
Treat Sherita Bagby and any fellow participants with courtesy and respect.
Abstain from using abusive, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate language or behavior.
Maintain the confidentiality of other participants in group settings.
Respect the integrity of the coaching process and refrain from actions that disrupt, undermine, or exploit the Services.
Alpha Male Principle LLC reserves the right to terminate Services without refund if a Client engages in unlawful, abusive, or disruptive behavior, or if their actions compromise the safety, integrity, or effectiveness of the coaching environment.
Limitation of Liability
Coaching is provided for educational and personal development purposes only.
Alpha Male Principle LLC does not guarantee personal, mental, financial, health, or relationship outcomes.
Coaching is not therapy, psychological treatment, or medical care, and is not intended to substitute for licensed therapy, psychiatry, or medical intervention. Clients requiring such services are encouraged to seek professional care.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alpha Male Principle LLC shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
All disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith efforts. Good faith efforts require both the Client and Alpha Male Principle LLC to:
Provide written notice of the issue, including a detailed description of the concern and desired resolution.
Participate in at least one (1) direct discussion, either in person, by phone, or by video conference, with the intention of resolving the matter.
Allow a minimum of thirty (30) days from the date of written notice to attempt resolution prior to initiating arbitration.
If resolution cannot be achieved through these steps, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in the State of Texas, USA under applicable arbitration rules. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Modifications
Alpha Male Principle LLC reserves the right to amend or update this Agreement at any time. Continued participation in any coaching container constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
