Coaching Services
The Company provides coaching programs for leadership, performance, and personal development. Coaching is not therapy, medical care, or financial advising. Any and all services are intended for personal and professional growth and should not replace professional legal, medical, or financial advice.
Coaching is a tool to enhance the Client’s personal and professional life. The Company and/or Sherita Bagby are not responsible for how third parties may respond to the Client’s personal or professional changes. It is the sole responsibility of the Client to decide how, when, and whether to communicate life changes to others who may be affected.
It’s the Client’s responsibility to review all Terms of Service prior to any participation. Upon any participation it is assumed the Client agrees to all specified and implied Terms of Service before engaging.
No Guarantee of Results
Results shared in testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not guarantees of future outcomes. Your results may vary based on your unique circumstances, commitment, participation, and implementation. No specific health, financial, professional, or personal emotional, relationship, or any other results are promised or guaranteed.
Refunds and Guarantee Policy
- Refunds:All sales are final. No refunds are offered for coaching programs, including, but not limited to, retreats, intensives, immersives, ignitions, provocations and experiences (collectively, the “Services”) offered by the Company, and/or its assigns.
- Guarantee Containers: The following programs include a unique guarantee: The Profit Rebellion, The Alpha Chamber, The Titan Experience, Hedonic CEO.
Coaching is an initial process and requires continued independent effort by the Client. If, after ninety (90) days of active participation, the Client does not recognize a notable improvement in clarity, energy, or overall quality of life, Sherita Bagby will personally travel within the continental United States to meet the Client for a one-on-one weekend of continued coaching (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday). This guarantee is an extension of service, not a financial refund, and is contingent on the Client’s full engagement and participation in the original program.
Payment Terms
Payment is required in full upfront unless prior arrangements have been made in writing. Failure to complete payment may result in denial of access to services.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
All disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith efforts. Good faith efforts require both the Client and the Company to:
- Provide written notice of the issue, including a detailed description of the concern and desired resolution.
- Participate in at least one (1) direct discussion, either in person, via telephone, or via video conference, with the intention of resolving the matter.
- Allow a minimum of thirty (30) days from the date of written notice to attempt resolution prior to initiating arbitration.
If resolution cannot be achieved through these steps, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in the State of Texas, USA under applicable arbitration rules. These Terms are governed by Texas law without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Termination of Services
The Company reserves the right to terminate or refuse services at its sole discretion if client conduct violates these Terms, or for any other reason the Company deems necessary.
Reservation of Rights
We reserve the right to request removal of any links to our websites and to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of this website or any website own or operated by the Company constitutes agreement to updated terms.
